Calen Carr is a Brooklyn based on-air correspondent appearing at outlets like Major League Soccer, VICE News, SKY Sports News, TNT, and The Guggenheim’s “Works and Process” series.
Over the past four years, Carr has traveled across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, and elsewhere as the host and producer of The Movement docuseries featuring some of the most unique and impactful stories in North American soccer.
Born and raised in Berkeley, CA, Carr went on to graduate from UC Berkeley with a degree in Media Studies. Afterwards, he went on to play eight years in Major League Soccer, winning the US Open Cup, becoming a 2x MLS Cup Finalist, and competing in the CONCACAF Champions League.
In 2019, Carr was inducted into the UC Berkeley Athletics Hall of Fame.
